3. Service Fees and Refunds

Our web design services are billed based on the project scope. We offer a clear and detailed proposal outlining the project deliverables and associated costs before any work commences.

Strict No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our web design services, which involve custom development and intellectual property creation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once work begins, the project becomes non-refundable.

Circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events beyond the client’s reasonable control do not constitute grounds for a refund. In such cases, the Client/(you) may temporarily pause project development until the client is able to resume. However, the project will remain non-refundable regardless of the reason for the pause.

If you choose to cancel/abandon the project, you will be responsible for any hourly consulting fees incurred, which are typically $22,000. This amount will be deducted from any prepayments made towards the web design project.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
